Self-Care Directory: Meditation, Yoga, & Dance

Divorce is an extremely stressful time.  So I encourage my clients to do intensive self-care during the process.  If stress overwhelms one or both spouses they will get start making destructive and costly emotional decisions.  So good self-care during divorce is priceless.

Meditation and yoga teach you to maintain emotional balance while an emotional storm rages all around you.  That’s a great skill during divorce.  Dancing and dance lessons is a great way to get cardio exercise, get in better shape, meet single people in a fun romantic atmosphere.  All of the above make the divorce process go better.

Below is an alphabetical list of meditation, yoga, and dance instructors and studios.
